Return & Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers pickup, handling, and administrative costs and applies regardless of whether the item is returned by yourself or an external courier.
Refund Calculation:
Purchase Price – 35% Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (SGD) -
Only items in as-new condition are eligible. Items with scratches, stains, damage, drilling, or any modification will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent shipping damage. If original packaging is not available, use adequate protection. We strongly advise photographing the item and its packaging before return.

Change-of-mind returns after receiving the goods are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure your purchase is final before confirming your order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following:

Items marked as "made to order" or "customised" (e.g., custom rattan color, material, size)

Items labeled as "Display", "Sale", "Discounted", or "Promotional"

Products requiring on-site assembly or that have been modified

Cushions and pillows (due to hygiene reasons)
- Overseas shipments are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. Contact us immediately at ecolandsg@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
Note: Items damaged through misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or refund—no exceptions.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed once per order only.

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible), and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Order Cancellations (Before Delivery)

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement.

A 25% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or change-of-mind requests are not accepted.
Cancellations are NOT applicable to:

Customised products (e.g., rattan color, material, sizing)

Display items
-
Products already in production or completed
