Shipping Policy

Eco Land Pte Ltd

Thank you for shopping with Eco Land Pte Ltd. The following outlines our shipping and delivery policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order confirmation email is received.

  • A separate email notification will be sent once your order has been shipped.

  • Note: For made-to-order or customised items, a production lead time will apply. You will be informed of the estimated completion timeline upon order confirmation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or production delays, shipment may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified promptly via email or telephone in case of significant delays.


2. Shipping Origin & Schedule

  • All products are shipped from our overseas warehouse.

  • Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • We take necessary steps to minimise shipment delays during holiday closures.


3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping (Singapore):

    • Free delivery for orders above SGD $30.

    • A flat delivery fee of SGD $8 applies to orders below SGD $30.

    • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    • Customers will be notified via email or SMS on the day of delivery.

  • International Shipping:

    • International delivery is available, with estimated shipping times of 14 to 90 business days, depending on destination.

    • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Import duties, VAT, and customs taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


4. In-Store Pickup

Customers may opt for free local pickup at our Singapore location:
1 Corporation Drive, #08-17, Singapore 619775

  • Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

  • Orders will be ready for pickup within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • For items requiring longer production (up to 3 weeks), customers will be notified.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email and contact us in advance to schedule your pickup.


5. Furniture Access & Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all furniture items will fit through access points including doorways, staircases, elevators, hallways, and tight corners.

  • Most items are delivered fully assembled and cannot be dismantled or modified for access.

  • Our staff and delivery team do not provide dismantling or reinstallation services.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to access limitations, a 35% delivery and handling fee will apply.

Refund Calculation:
Purchase Price – 35% Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (SGD)


6. Delivery Appointments

Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
While we strive to meet the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or customs processes. We do not offer compensation for delivery delays.


7. Storage Policy

Due to limited warehouse space, customers must accept delivery within 14 days of the product’s arrival.

  • A storage fee will apply after 30 days, calculated monthly.

  • Full payment is due within the first 30 days after arrival.

  • Additional storage fees are payable upon delivery.


8. Failed or Refused Deliveries

We are not responsible for failed or refused deliveries.

  • If a delivery is refused or unsuccessful (due to incorrect address, no recipient, or access issues), the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Calculation:
Purchase Price – 35% Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (SGD)


9. Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped, including tracking information (where applicable).

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

  • Note: Orders shipped via sea freight may not have tracking capabilities.

If you do not receive your order within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at ecolandsg@gmail.com with your name and order number.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us immediately at ecolandsg@gmail.com with supporting photographs and your order number.

  • We will investigate and address the issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.


11. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns after receipt of goods are strictly non-refundable.
